The HD Bar is a new in-house developed Halligan forcible entry tool. It can be either all-steel or non-conductive fiberglass with a steel fork on one end and a pick ADZ end on the other with celtex grips. It is an excellent tool for overhaul and forcible entry and can be used on hybrid automobiles.
